Sun Screen Printing was started by John Lindsay in 1998. Since then, this family owned and operated business has thrived on word-of-mouth referrals – they do little advertising. What’s their secret? “You work hard and you give your customers personal service,” John says. “We get lots of compliments and lots of personal referrals.”

Sustainability

Sun Screen Printing uses the most environmentally friendly chemicals they can find for printing and cleaning processes. To reduce the use of fossil fuels, the company also buys from the closest wholesaler whenever possible.

Community

John Lindsay volunteers for the Valley Regional Hospital Foundation, working on the front line for their special events such as gala dinners and the Health in Harmony Radiothon to purchase new medical equipment. In addition, Sun Screen Printing does free-of-charge printing for the hospital foundation’s gala events. John also volunteers for his church, and he has coached soccer and done other volunteer work for local schools.
